Biography
Pam is the Senior Manager of Process Development & Technology Alignment at Deckers Outdoor Corporation. She has vast experience in product development as well as deep knowledge of technology and business process engineering. Having started her career in Pattern Making, Grading & Marker Making sparked Pam’s passion for technology and how it applies to product development as she learned on some of the first Gerber CAD computers. Pam then went on to refine her technical design/fit expertise and knowledge of product development while working for almost 15 years at Patagonia. A natural curiosity for technology led Pam down the path of CAD/CAM systems and her eventual passion for PLM and how technology and process alignment can significantly change how companies collaborate with global partners in real time.
