Stéphane Gaillard

Biography

Stéphane Gaillard currently acts as PLM and Business Process Manager at Devanlay-Lacoste, a position he has held since July 2011. In this role Stéphane is tasked with all aspects of the PLM's project management including budget definition, resource management, progress reporting, phase analysis and validation, risk analysis, implementation plan generation, document organization and data recovery and cleaning. Previously, Stéphane also acted as IS Manager for Marketing and Collectionning and Organization Project Manager - Process Design/Development at Devanlay and numerous other roles at companies including TREVES, Yves Jacquier SA and Marie Valois.

• Utilising PLM to integrate merchandising, marketing, design and development product data
• How has PLM installation helped support Phase 2 of the CRISTAL project, to extend integration to sourcing, supply chain and quality assurance?
