Biography
Jamie Tantleff has been working in the Footwear Development and PLM realm for the past 5 years. Jamie graduated with a BS in Operations Management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland: College Park, and immediately began working with the footwear brands at Deckers Outdoor: UGG Australia, UGG Collection, Teva, Sanuk and Tsubo. Jamie was involved in the initial ramp up and roll out of FlexPLM at Deckers Outdoor, and today uses her experience working with the cross-functional team members in training, supporting and expanding the use of the system. Jamie focuses on business process improvement, technology alignment, and the change management necessary to help business partners stay current with PLM best practices and best use of the enterprise system.
