Keynote Speaker

Filippo Passerini is Group President -- Global Business Services (GBS), and Chief Information Officer for Procter & Gamble, responsible for delivering more than 170 services and solutions to the company’s 120,000 employees. He oversees an organization of approximately 6,000 people.

Under Filippo’s leadership, the GBS organization has created a business model that is considered unique and progressive in the Shared Services industry. The organization’s focus is on transforming the way business is done, driving growth, value and competitive advantage for P&G.
